The current generation of Mazda's best-selling of all time received excellent ratings in all four sub-categories: 93 percent for adult occupant protection, 86 percent for the protection of child passengers, 65 per cent for consideration for pedestrians and 81 percent for driver assistance systems. These results far surpass thresholds for the award of five stars **.
The new Mazda3 is produced in the body styles and hatchback sedan. It is the fifth model brand that since the introduction of stricter rating received in 2009 from Euro NCAP five-star rating.
